· For remote control of TV guide, make sure you are connected to your Media Gateways network router.
· Also make sure that you have turned on your Media Players “network control function” on the Media Player UI.

Total waste of time & $
Don’t bother with the streaming app Arris Follow me TV, I have had it for a few weeks. It took about 2 hours to install, and has been unreliable in streaming live TV, and recordings. When it did work to steam content it would frequently stop, the start again. It also would not stream some of the channels I subscribe to. I have spent time with Eastlink customer support trying to resolve these issues without success.
Will be retuning the streaming box to Eastlink!
The Follow me TV app does work for scheduling and deleting recordings, but is unreliable in streaming.
Needs to be updated!
After two years and no updates? Seriously?
Needs to be upgraded
I have had this app for over a year and have ongoing problems that Eastlink is not able to help with. Freezing when it does play, not showing recorded shows and now saying I already have too much steaming when I am not watching anything on any device.
