ArtSwirl3D is creative and fun app that allows you to create, edit, share and explore 3D objects.
Objects color, size, orientation, position and shape can be edited in place on the canvas.
You can use colors or photographs for the canvas background and the 3D Objects surface.

Overall it’s a good app however…
What would turn it into a great app would be if the images could be turned into a little video or a GIF.
That way it would be something cool that a person could email to a friend or family but a static photo …well it leaves a LOT to be desired.
I hope that the developer considers this and makes a change for the better with this app.
