The worst cloud backup solution ever. Period.
Please do not install or pay for this cloud storage. The interface sucks, nothing ever works. Restore never works, cant delete my own files from the cloud. They should be sued for making this product

Waste of money and time
Upload fails all the time and really slow. The interface sucks and crashes often. Wasted my my money and have to stick with it for an year.

To troubleshoot the issue with backup, please try the following steps:
Remove the ASUS WebStorage App → Restart your device → Reinstall the App
→ Try uploading the files again.
Meanwhile, please refer to the following article in our Support Center to make sure you are following the correct steps for uploading files:
