No support after making a purchase

I’ve been emailing support about so many issues for the past 4 months.. I’m a patient man.. I never give a one star review but by ignoring my many emails I have to warn my brother not to waste their money on this app, live with the free version or find better alternatives..

Stopped working

I have this application for few years now, got it for free, I did 2 upgrades, and kept loosing the features that I paid for, as they created more upgrades to make more money, the developers are about money.
Again, new issues, background disappeared, this app is no longer liable, I purchased another one (Muslim mate) for way less, and works perfectly, full Azan, and over 15 features ,
