Atop Television
The channel selection is good however Atop claims to allow you to record and playback 10 hours of recorded programs. This feature seems to be not working now. One can record but when it comes to play back it fails to play the recorded program.
The software engineers seems either not to know how to fix this software glitch or really incompetent in resolving this issue.
Abysmal Customer Support
TV service itself is satisfactory but their customer support is dreadful. They do not respond to enquiries through their website. They reference a “troubleshooting guide” on their site but it does not exist!! I am actively looking at alternative IPTV services from companies that are a lot more responsive to their customers.
