AURA Plus is a subscription-based service featuring advanced analytics, workout content, and chats with a certified personal coach/sports physician. The service empowers AURA products with additional features and provides members with more resources to achieve their fitness goals.

Finicky to get a reading

It’s finicky to get a reading but once you get the hang of it, works well.

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience with the AURA Strap 2. It's certainly not what we aim for, and we understand how frustrating it must be to have invested in a product that doesn't meet your expectations.

We take accuracy very seriously, and it's concerning to hear that you and your friends were unable to get a single reading. However, it's important to note that the AURA Strap 2 requires proper placement on the wrist in order to obtain accurate readings. Additionally, certain factors such as movement and perspiration can also affect the accuracy of the readings.

Regarding the subscription service, while we do offer AURA Plus as an optional service with additional features, we don't require anyone to subscribe in order to use the AURA Strap 2. We apologize if you felt that our marketing tactics were misleading in any way.

If you haven't already, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at support@auradevices.io. They may be able to offer some troubleshooting advice or even replace your band if there's a defect.

Very helpful

ove this app! I used to track weight and measurements manually or in my notes on my phone. I love having a secure place to keep track that charts everything and allows me to store progress photos that can only be accessed by me. It allows fingerprint ID access and you can customize and add additional measurements you’d like to keep. Sends a reminder when it’s time to track and it’s easy to use. It also syncs with iPhone’s health app if that’s something you want to allow. Very well done.

On second strap and still only works intermittently

The first strap would not work at all so they sent me another. This strap almost works. It will start to read and “collects” all the dots. It looks like it going to complete…. all the dots fill in then the dreaded “bad data” error. This happens probably 95% of the time. At least it completes 5% of the time. This was also a problem with the first strap. When customer support was contacted. You are told to watch the videos then reinstall the app. If that doesn’t work send in a “log”, which they have not responded to since I sent it in two weeks ago.

I really want to use this product but I don’t think it’s ready yet.
