Issues selecting days
Really love this app/bracelet however find that there is an annoying glitch that occurs when I am trying to select days in the logging section it picks the day before I selected so some of my data was messed up until I realized I need to tap the day ahead of the actual day I trying to log. If it weren’t for that I would give 5 stars.
Needs More Work.....
I purchased this unit and was pretty excited to get started... not long after purchasing the sensor in the back of the unit fell off... I was able to get it replaced but I did not receive it until 3 weeks later which completely threw off all my efforts of ‘tracking my body’. I find that the new one tracks my body sometimes not all the times and when it does, the sleep tracking is completely off. Which makes me think, how reliable is all the other data this unit claims to be tractors even accurate.... All in all, I find it extremely frustrating.
No support
I purchased my bracelet only a few months ago. It has since stopped working completely. I’ve reached out to their support team over a month ago and no one responds. Save your money and buy another product
