Useless for tourists

The app. is pretty basic (think 1990s) and pretty difficult to navigate. There is no clear method to order tickets. What’s worse is that you need a SMS code for activation. It won’t work for visitors who travel with data or Internet only phone plans. You can’t order tickets via email like most other local services.

SMS activation code never received.

SMS code never received after multiple attempts. App is therefore useless.

Doesn’t work

To use the app you need an SMS activation code. They never send you the code. The app is useless.
