I like the customizable boards and various game styles. 5 stars, no doubt!

Problem with update

After the update I can’t get back in. I usually sign in with Facebook but I just get a small white screen after I enter my password. If I create a new account, I’ll have to start at zero again. So. Disappointed.

Please, contact us on support email support@2kbgames.com and will help you to get back.
Also you can try to reinstall the game, probably you can have an old version of the game.

Coins disappearing

I had approximately 207,000 coins, my score is 1987 and I won 100 tournaments, my coins disappeared overnight and I mean down to zero. I would like to have these coins back in my account so I can play again.

Dear Loupa52, what is a fair algorithm for you?
Do the dice roll evenly in a real game? No, it's quite rare. The dice fall randomly, not evenly.
You say that you've been playing backgammon for many years, haven't you had situations when your opponent defeats you because of dice, not because of experience? However, backgammon is not only about dice. It is about the ability to use these dice. It's about the strategy of the game, about the experience of each of the players.
We never interfere in games, we never balance the dice (otherwise, it wouldn't be backgammon anymore).
It makes no sense for us to help or hinder any of the players. The coins for the victory will go to one of the two players anyway.
Open the menu on the left, statistics, dice and check if your opponents are really luckier than you? We hope you will change your opinion about our game in the future.
