Great Register

An extremely efficient tool for keeping track of bank records. Multiple features. Very easy to use. Perfectly accurate every time. Prompt customer service. Kudos to the developer of Balance My Checkbook!

Recent Disappoinment...

I have had the app since Oct 2013, and was generally happy with it. Only needed the basic free version as I just wanted something instead of a paper cheque register.
About 6 months ago, there were some great upgrades: remembered similar transactions, etc.
THEN the most recent update about a month ago... I started noticing the difference.
If I made a error or wanted to change an entry, it would only do so once it was back in the main list if I pressed & depressed the clear button! And if I had changed the date, it no longer moved the entry up or down. It just stayed there. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.
FINALLY, the last couple days, a few times when I deleted an item, I noticed the running balance of cleared items, was no longer correct, even though the item was no longer listed. And yesterday I was consistently $10,500 OVER, and I went back through every transaction since Oct 2013. Finally very frustrated, I deleted the whole app & thus ALL the information and reloaded the app.
So last night, I restarted from scratch, entered my starting balance from July 1, 2015... and everything looked good. I entered in transactions until end of month, then I purposely deleted a $500 one and then re added it. Everything still balanced correctly... But when I woke this morning... It was $500 off and now it was UNDER $500.
I cannot continue like this, so I will leave it a day, and if it doesn't magically correct, I will delete it permanently.
Very sad :(
