Bank of Ceylon Mobile Banking 17+

This is THE worst app I have seen in my life. When someone criticizes an app, I immediately show them the BOC app, and it makes them feel much better about the other app. In a nutshell, there are no apps worse than this one.
There is no doubt that the product owners and managers of this product are a bunch of useless, narrow-minded individuals. If someone from the BOC director board reads this, please ask around from other IT firms in the country how much it would cost to develop this app. I bet you must’ve allocated millions to this. But it shouldn’t take that much.
The bank should know that mobile banking has grown much larger than you think. If you don’t have a huge number of users, that is not because people still prefer traditional walk-in banking; it is because people cannot rely on the app.

Problems:
1. The app doesn’t evolve with the world, so there are no new features. Last release was 2 years ago. 2. The key board doesn’t go down in iOS 17, and the user cannot click buttons behind the keyboard.
3. Most of the time, the app is stuck on the startup screen and fails to login.
4. The app is excruciatingly slow.

I find this online banking app to be highly unreliable. Making daily online transactions with my current account has become a constant struggle. I strongly advise against using it.

This app does not function properly and I have encountered so many server errors with the same app. This wouldn’t even open on most days - and web version is helpless as well.
