Banner is an LED-matrix-like display with which you can show custom messages. The following items can be shown:
- 5 user-defined messages
- 35 types of symbol characters
- Date (3 formats)
- Time (3 formats)
- Tweet (3 defined feeds based on user's timeline or keyword search)
- Music (Artist, Song, Album)
The application has the following settings:
- Scroll speed
- Blink speed
- Landscape-only mode
- Upside-down display

Sorry, I don't have time to give everyone the exact translation of the Japanese description, but I have thoroughly tested both the free and paid versions of the app so I help this description helps:
- Has a real preferences interface
- Scroll Speed slider and 6 dot matrix styles (including large, small, squares, hearts, lines and static)
- Hue/Saturation/Brightness colour sliders, and 6 preset colours
- Save and switch between up to 5 messages, or select multiple messages to display in order
All in all, worth much more than the $.99 I paid for it.

Just cuz the info is In chinese didn't mean it's a crapy app this is a amazing app for $0.99
Infinitely more useful and fun than the free version.
The free version ("Banner Lite") was just a curiosity. It scrolled at a single speed and had no other options. This full version allows all kinds of customization: colours, scroll speed, double-tap config to prevent accidental editing while displaying, and five stored messages. Well, well worth the $0.99!
