Who developed this app. They sure did not know what they were doing. How is it I can scan any code out for dinner and this thing is so terrible at reading the strip. Complete waste of time downloading it.
Way too inaccurate and refuses to work with iPhone 13 Pro Plus
Takes too long to scan 30-60 seconds when lucky. But issue, cannot and will not work with iPhone 13 Pro Plus. It can get close the code without going very blurry.
Absolute garbage
Get it together Beachcomber, this app is a complete fail. Multiple times we have tested and scanned strips under different lighting conditions from room to room to outside with entirely different readout results for the exact same strip. Even with choosing the appropriate lighting setting in the app the results are consistently inaccurate. After paying a small fortune for a hot tub one expects better quality. Spending ten minutes just trying to get it to scan while cradling it in the palm of your hand trying to keep the camera still and hoping that the conditions will somehow work out is ridiculous.
