I tired the app. It didn't let me connect to my schools wifi. It failed it's trail and then it took money off my card. If I got my money back this wouldn't bother me at all. But because I was robbed I'm furious.
Please refund me, I trusted this app and it robbed me. I don't wanna have a bad experience like this.

3. Search for “Betternet” and tap **Report** next to your Subscription.
4. Select the appropriate option in the “Choose Problem” dropdown.
5. In the text box, enter your request for a refund and reason for it.
6. Then tap **Submit**.
