So far so good!
I’ve been using this app for only a week or so but it provides just enough friction for me to not actually scroll! I’ve also removed the app from my Home Screen making it easy to “forget about” so that I don’t go in to change settings on a whim. I’ve tried so many of these apps and this is the one that is sticking so far.
