The app works, but it’s slow and has strange quirks. Like logging you out after 20 minutes. Which would be fine if the Face ID worked consistently. Most of the time I have to hard close the app and reopen to trigger the Face ID to log me back in.
Everytime I go to withdrawl it will not let me pull out, it says add payment method then sends me to deposit menu to put in more cash. I have $220 I need to pull out and put into my bank but it will not allow me too. Just keeps cycling me to the deposit menu when clearly I do not want to deposit I need to withdrawl. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Stay away. You will never truly win. Whatever money they let you ‘win’ one day, they make sure you put it all back into the slots, before they let you ‘win’ again and the cycle begins all over. I have been playing it for a while and realized this is just how it works. Hoping this review helps someone avoid losing their hard earned money to false hopes cause at the end of the day it’s a casino and it is the only one benefiting from the slots. This app is a total disappointment. After adding $100, my account was inexplicably blocked. Despite contacting customer care for weeks and submitting all requested documents, including a selfie with my ID and bank statement, there has been no resolution. The customer service team's promise of a 24 to 72-hour response time has not been honored. Avoid this app at all costs.
Deposited $300, they lost my deposit, still waiting for funds to be returned. During this time they blocked my account. Customer Service is terrible. Always apologizing with no resolve.

I don’t normally write reviews however I would like to warn anyone thinking about joining BET MGM Sportsbook & casino that BET MGM has hands down the worst customer service department I have ever experienced, not only are there many flaws in their system such as providing accurate information but the agents don’t even have grade 3 grammar nor do they deal with customers professionally or competently.
They leave the chat with concerns unresolved or unanswered.
