Wow! I LOVE this app!
I just discovered this app a few days ago. I read the reviews and was impressed. Then I purchased the app and my appreciation grew! Most apps now come with a monthly or annual fee — this app allows you to choose a free or reduced rate option (“scholarship” 😊) for the same full-access app — Very impressive and encouraging! I can offer it as a tool to others without burdening them with payments.
I am still exploring the app — I love how I can read explanations and Bible context for the scriptures.
What I love best of all is that this is a Christ-centred app: the verses encourage and empower me with messages of God’s love, truth, and faithfulness. (Some Christian resources choose Bible verses to focus on what a person needs to DO, to be a better Christian — when we focus on our own strengths and shortcomings, we are no longer living by His grace and His gift of righteousness… I feel defeated when I read those kinds of devotionals. This one is CHRIST-centred — when I focus on God’s love for me and what Christ did for me at the cross, I can do all things [Philippians 4:13]…)
