Great views and commentary but drivers are really not very good and helpful

Disappointed

England we started early to do some sightseeing before our tour started.; bus stopped at our destination for the tour. Halfway the driver told us to get off and go another bus as he was changing routes; there where 2 other buses at the stop.
Got on the bus we were told too and let the driver know our tour destination, by then it was getting near the time our tourer started. This driver told off then to go on the other bus as it would arrive sooner. Hopped on the other bus. We waited. Asked the driver when we would be leaving. Said 40 minutes!!!! Got off and hailed a taxi so we would not be late!!!!

France we thought we’d fry again on the bus. Driver wanted cash. Said his card machine was not working. Said we had no cash then his card machine worked. Realized when we sat down we did not receive a ticket. Asked for ticket and said he could not give them to us. Told us if we wanted tickets we had to go to the head office with him in an hour or so. But we did not have time to do that.

So, in London and in Paris we had bad experiences and waisted our money!!!! Sorry but won’t be recommending these buses!

TEDIOUS

That was the most tedious and awful hop on hop off bus trip I have ever taken. My family bailed because we couldn’t stand the slow pace and obnoxious pre-recorded commentary. Total waste of money and I would not recommend. Way to ruin a sunny day in London, Big Bus Tours.
