I can finally do hard thinking work without fighting myself.
Using this app has helped me so much. I’ve been struggling for days to prepare for an emotionally scary conversation I need to have. Then I remembered to put on this app and set it to Alpha.
The past hour has gone so smoothly, and I can think about what’s bothering me without being stuck by the fears and defences and procrastination I was feeling before. The difference was so obvious I had to stop and write this review.
The other wonderful way I use it is to turn on autopilot to fall asleep. Works every time!
Note to developer: thank you for continuing to maintaining app through all of Apple’s iOS changes over the years. I’ve paid for this app already, but if you’d add a Tip Jar of sorts, I’d gladly buy you a coffee once in a while, just to say thanks. 😊
The best out there
This App is very good and simple, for someone who understands how binaural beat works .
The user has the full flexibility to choose his fundamental frequency and the beats frequency, also the time needed for his experiment.
Adding a field for a background music could be really fantastic.
But still, I give 5 stars.
