One thing
This game is really educational and interesting but there’s something a little bit irrealistic; when the respiratory system fails pr the heart fails, the patient stays alive. To no decrease the difficulty of this game, you could make it harder to make them fail but still kill the patient when you do.

Unrealistic and Underwhelming
At first, the game seems very interesting. The graphics are fun to look at, and the deterioration of the systems was well made. However, the gameplay itself was very unrealistic and underwhelming. The game mechanics are fairly predictable, leaving the game with little to no variation in in-game experiences. The game itself is simply a micro-management simulator where you have to upgrade the right things at the right times. However, there’s one thing I despise about this game: the ending if you fail.
I absolutely refuse to believe that if the cure for a disease is found while someone is comatose and 90% of their body is rotten and dead that the cure can restore their body back to how it was before. You don’t even get partial success by knowing you left his life as miserable as possible; you get to see patient zero walk off without a scratch after being pronounced dead for 3 days.
