Photo down loads
Hey what gives? With the current update down loading my buddies photos is no longer simple. There used to be a button on the photo where the photo could be sent to my photos on my phone or iPad.
I can work around this by using a screen capture. But that’s awkward. Please reinstate the down load button, unless there is a good reason why it was removed.

Hey! Thanks for your message. It should still be simple; you just need to click on the three dots in the top right of each postcard and you'll see the option to download there. 😊

Confusion
Don’t have a a bird buddy but downloaded the app, it’s so fun to look through BB TV section but what I don’t understand is why I can add bird buddies from around the world in the BB explore section but can’t get into view them. Help?? Thanks

Hi, there! We're sorry to hear that that confused you. When you connect to a feeder, you will only get any new postcards, so you won't be able to see past postcards nor enter the live stream.
