Broken garbage app
App is an absolute disaster. What a joke.
No Show - No Apologies
Booked a cab last night on the app and received a confirmation text as well as within the app. Never showed up in the morning and when I called they told me how it was my fault since I was out of their regular zone. Booking shouldn’t have been confirmed if this is the case. Now I missed my ferry.
Booking future date doesn’t work
Date picker and what shows on screen don’t match. Zero confidence the car will come on right day
