Amazing Driver and Amazing Service
All are amazing, it was the first experience , since I downloaded the app my experience journey started all went very smoothly , I got notifications on each step in booking it once I arrived to UK. When the driver moved to airport Till he picked us up. Seriously I highly recommend to use this great service you won’t feel at all your are stranger the driver is very professional and also so friendly. Wonderfully professional driver
Mr Singh provided a calm, smooth and carefree ride to the airport for us.
Absolutely misleading
The app misleads you into thinking you have confirmed rides but they just disappear from the app last minute with no notice. You find out the ride was cancelled by the company at the last minute while you were trying to locate driver at airport. Scheduling feature is not a real engine as call center explained someone on the other end is manually trying to locate cars. You can’t locate canceled trips in the respective page if they canceled the trip. The chat feature is not real as it’s an elaborate FAQ search engine. There is no feedback feature for obvious reasons. Avoid the app and the company or you risk being stuck as we were.
