How to open setting?

Love the app but I only managed to open settings once, accidentally. There I could unlock pages and change notifications for different colors. But I cant go back there again. How do I go back to the app setting?

Settings not available

This app is setting reminders that I haven’t asked for and I have no control over what it is doing. Looks like a great app but it must have settings imbedded in this somewhere?

Good app, needs instruction & sync

This is exactly how I do things on paper, jotting things down but it would be nice to know how the notifications and colors work and to sync across devices
