What's new in this version?

We are super excited to introduce the new **Daily Habits** feature! The team at Bloom have been working tremendously hard on this release and we are super excited to finally share with you all!

You can now add up to 10 Daily Habits into your Today’s View page which includes a variety of activities, such as breathing and journaling exercises, practicing mindfulness and self- care, and even a new Dance Party activity with your favorite guides! To keep up with your daily habits, you can **Set Reminders** and nudges no matter how busy life gets.

This is one of the best apps I’ve owned!!

I’m loving this app, it’s fantastic. I’ve been into mindfulness for many years and have used CBT techniques but have been limited by resources. Now with Bloom all of those CBT techniques are available via my iPhone to help me transform areas in my life that I’ve been wanting to address for years. I live in a small area without CBT professionals or the funds to pay for those sessions. This is honestly one of the best apps I have ever used and is totally worth the price of a yearly membership. Keep up the great work, I’ve recommend this app to a ton of people, if you want to change your life get this app and use it daily. I wish I could give it 10 stars.

Wish I could get my money back

I used this app for the trial week and loved it so much that I paid for the annual subscription. Unfortunately since the new update I haven’t been able to use it and I have not heard anything from the developers about whether they’ll be fixing this issue. It’s very disappointing as I felt like this app was just what I needed...
