Sonos software superior

I have both Sonos and Bluesound. I prefer the sound quality and the aesthetic appearance of the Bluesound equipment, but Sonos software is superior. On the sonos app, I can see internet radio station song information and album art, on Bluesound only station info.
Also a few times when trying to adjust the volume, the software will refresh or kind of jumps, which has caused the volume to go to the max. I have learned to be patient with the app when opening it, to make sure it stabilizes first.

Need Software Update

I love the Bluesound sound quality however the BluOS application lags a lot and now I am unable to use my speakers as the application is bugged. I have tried many times to reset all speakers, nod, and app. Nothing seems to work…

Constant aggravation

I use Blusound with an iPad and a MacBook running with an M1 chip. The sound can be wonderful but sometimes not for reasons that are never clear (throw a dice). Often it is silent over Software issues. Blusound is not particularly helpful and the solution appears to be hardwiring the speakers. I expect more for the $1500 in equipment purchased. So if you are able to hardwire the speakers and have infinite patience, this is your product.
