Board Kings: Board Games 4+

I love this game so much! It is very addictive and fun to play. One thing I would like to change is the reload time for you dice but otherwise it is awesome.

I like this but I feel like it takes forever to get more dice rolls.. I wanna play but waiting an hour for 4 spins is just too much 😕

We as a collective group of individuals have come together to profess our utter dismay at what your game has become. A once enjoyable and fun game to play with achievable tournaments and competitions has now become a money grabbing glitch filled farce. The problems being encountered daily by your players are ridiculous. You need to bring your game back to its original format with achievable goals and pricing strategy.

We have got together a large group of people who are going to boycott your game and definitely make no purchases until issues are addressed.

What we as players would like to see addressed is the following:

1. You need to provide benefits for levelling up not your bog standard 2 cops minimal coins or 50 rolls. This particularly for your higher level players is an insult.
2. To purchase idols from your vending machine is pointless once you have the required 10 to turn them rainbow. Offer incentives once you reach a certain number of each say every additional 15 you get you get 400 rolls
3. Your events/tournaments need to be achievable with rewards that incentivise players to want to play. Your rewards have gone down so much in the past 9 months they are not worth going for.
4. You need to make sure that your pricing for your packages is consistent across the board and make them something that people are going to want to buy that would be a win win for you
5. Event prizes are currently totally unbalanced across the board and should be based on level
6. Your game is always glitched with one problem after another and always happens at crucial times for people making it even more impossible for them to complete.
7. You change prizes and awards half way through competitions never in your players favour but your own
8. You need to offer a higher roll cap than 80 rolls and also more than 4/6 rolls an hour, exactly what can you do with that .... nothing is the answer
9. Other games allow trading and gifting between players at no loss to revenue you should offer this as an incentive to your players. You would find that more people would be inclined to buy.
10. Incentivise your players by offering rewards for reaching Milestones say perhaps every 100 levels you receive rolls and gems
11. Your mini games are ridiculous you offer totally worthless two hit wonders to your higher level players with minimal rewards and then your lower level players get ridiculously high health levels that they realistically have no chance of completing.
12. Your customer service is non existent and you rarely reply to people and when you do you just dismiss their concern/complaint with a bog standard sorry for your issue here’s 50 rolls to make up for the inconvenience or in fact reply with something that bears no resemblance to the question asked.
13. You consistently either double charge people for packages or charge them when no purchase has been made or don’t give what was paid for. YOU NEED TO ENSURE THIS IS RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY.
14. You need to add a Daily Loyalty gift to your players. Every other game offers this incentive.

We expect a coherent reasoned response from you addressing our issues with your proposals for resolution that are favourable to your players and of course yourselves.
