It always crashes…not working on the phone

I made a suggestion to put IT and HR department to stop using hi on since every time uploading video there is an issue. This current version stops the upload at the end and never uploads. Then u need to transfer the file to your computer and use the web version and also there is 200mg limit to upload. I mean we are 2024 with powerful social media. How can this company still struggle to make an app?
Constantly crashes
Crashes all the time, can’t open the web page from a mobile browser, inaccurate information, lack of personalization and an unfriendly UI.
