Audio will not generate after purchasing year subscription!

I loved how the apps tone sounded while reading which inclined me to purchase the yearly subscription. However it now will not generate me any new audio. I wanted to try on my laptop but it also would not let me log into my account on another device. I payed for it 2 days ago and have contacted them about the problem but have not heard anything back!

5 out of 5, it’s a nice app it didn’t take long to generate the voice and the transition between pages, when it’s reading it is really smooth. The voice is nice it’s like a real person is reading the story, it mimics the emotions on the book really well. Though, it can only read up to 10 pages a day and the subscription cost 24$ which is a bit pricey for me but nonetheless it’s really nice.
