Hard to use
People are complaining because it’s hard now to book thro Google , thru Google some people don’t like to great account , just quick book . Now, everybody have to great a Booksy account in order to book for service. Try to talk to support customer . Can’t help it .

Not helping
Really bad to use Custmer have to open Booksy account and this is make me lose some Custmer’s

We are sorry you are unhappy with our customer account requirement. We want to avoid unverified appointments for your Business therefore, clients must create an account on Booksy before they can reserve a service.
