It’s a good game but my brass coins don’t go up. When I kill a mob I gain 0 coin and I literally can’t finish the tutorial my ingame username is Dhraxs pls help me

Great but..
I find this game very fun and the characters are cute, but I seem to have a problem getting the panda costume. I did the preorder and I see the costume in my received mail but not in my inventory..
