Cool, but…

This app will not function without a paid subscription. There are no free features. But it lets you get all the way to the end of a project before that becomes clear. After spending more than an hour creating my first video, I discovered you can only share it if you pay. So, unless you want to pay $20/month, $80/year, don’t bother.

You can definitely save your Projects without having to pay! Boosted is totally free to download and as long as you stick to the free Templates and free features, you should be good to go! If you did choose a Premium Template or feature (one with a crown icon in the corner) you will be asked to pay. But stick to the free Templates and features and you won’t be asked to sign up!

Price gauging and awful customer service

I paid for the premium on the phone. Then logged in to my web version. Worked 4 hours on videos. When I go to export it says I have not yet paid. I reached out to customer service and they say paid membership on the app will not sync to the web version. I plead with her to give me a temporary premium membership on the web so I can export my videos. And she refuses citing I should go and redo all the videos on the phone app. I’m really disappointed.

Apologies for the disappointment. It is true that because Boosted web is so new, web and mobile do not sync. It is not yet possible to access Premium on both platforms, nor do the videos syncs. We are working on both of these features and hope to release them soon. We're here if you have any other questions.
