App/site didn’t work when applied boxlunch but would if I didn’t apply

I’ve had such a headache with boxlunch
I love their merchandise but their presales are a disaster . Their customer service is not good . And their shipping is also frustrating .
Order a presale item and waited for it to show up , when I realized the time had passed for it to be shipped I contacted boxlunch and they told me that the regret to inform me they didn’t process my presale order and therefore I wasn’t getting my order and now the items I wanted are sold out and won’t be back in stock .
I contact box lunch and was told it was still coming , then told it wasn’t , then told I should cancel my order myself , then it was canceled for me , the pre authorization was on card so I couldn’t spent the money . No communication from boxlunch . Told me they would send me 30% off for my next order but they didn’t . Told me they would add 10$ boxlunch money but when I tried to use it I couldn’t check out and kept receiving error messages . Took the boxlunch money away and it allowed me to . The item they told me wasn’t coming back in stock ever again and that I won’t be able to get it anymore just appeared on the site in stock again .
It’s just so messy . Hot topic is the same way , I had the biggest ordeal with a purse I ordered on presale and waited 4 months to get it . I was constantly given the run around and told its shipping . Then told it’s not going to ship for another 3-4 months , the only way I was able to get it shipped it because I noticed myself the bag was back online and no longer a presale so they were selling it to people immediately when I had been waiting 4 months from the presale .
