Soothing and calming
I have chronic lung damage so often find breathing difficult. I love this app because I can tailor it to my abilities every time I go to use it. I also LOVE that there is a calming visual so I can pace my inhales and exhales but, mostly because I can just close my eyes and let the gentle vibration to guide my breaths. PLEASE MAKE THIS AVAILABLE ON THE APPLE WATCH!!!!
