If you like, some animations in BreatheLUV may sync to your current heart rate. If you grant access, BreatheLUV will use the Apple Health app and the Apple Watch to measure your heart rate. Your heart rate is stored locally on your Apple Watch and on your iPhone and is never transmitted anywhere else. It's just a soft, subtle connection between BreatheLUV and you. We love syncing up. <3

Calming and helpful for kids too
I got this and started using it at night before bedtime with my 11yr old daughter. To my surprise she got really into it (I had tried to get her into meditation breathing before without luck). Beautiful and simple app.
