Don’t get it

They have a session that is described as 4 seconds in and 6 seconds out. But they then coach you at 4 sec in 4 sec out. It would be a somewhat useful app if it were even accurate. I mean if you can count you don’t need this program.

Thanks for the feedback. If you have the particular exercise that has an error, please share so we can update it. We have dozens of breathing exercises all geared towards a specific purpose, whether that's helping with a mental, psychological, or physical issue. We've gathered all the research and undergone breathwork training and collective decades of practice to craft those exercises, and coupled them with appealing, easy to follow visuals, sounds, and haptics (vibrations). We also put that all in an app that has notifications, scheduling, recommendations, habits, instructor-led classes and more. So yes, you can definitely do breathwork on your own, or you can use our app to integrate it more deeply and easily into your life. And we offer many of the exercises and classes completely free!
