Still can’t get app to work

Still can’t activate “tell us what you think” dialog pop up window. I uninstalled it from my iPhone and reinstalled but that stupid dialog box is still there, frozen. I cannot do anything with it! Can’t activate any stars, can’t move the “likely” down-arrow left or right. Hope you can fix it so I can get back into the program...

Hi ukeranian , sorry you’re having trouble. The help menu in the app contains answers to the most frequently asked questions as well as a feedback button to report specific issues that will be reviewed by the product team. – Cochlear Support

Always get a maintenance message on Login

Unfortunately, this app seems to be nonfunctional as it requires login with a Cochlear account, and that isn’t working. I’ve been trying regularly for sometime.
