Great App
You cannot FORCE an app update. You need to realize this is a tool for Realtors and you made me look ridiculous at a country showing bc I couldn’t update my app with the lack of signal. SO I couldn’t get access to the lockbox code. Your application isn’t complex enough to require an update to use the application.
Horrible App
This app is absolutely horrendous. Despite notifying the developers on how slow it is to launch, and how glitchy it continues to be, they refuse to improve the performance of this app. In the world of real estate, timeliness is everything. Too often agents are stuck waiting for this app to load and end up being frustrated and embers in front of clients for it to perform in any acceptable manner. A new developer needs to create a better app to service the real estate industry. PLEASE! This one is beyond awful. 👎🏽

Barely Usable
I don’t know what update was made a few months ago but the app is super laggy, sometimes refuses to open altogether. I’ve cleared my cache and reinstalled to no avail. For an app so prevalently used in the industry one would think the developers would make it functional.
