BTFIT offers in-app purchases in the auto-renewable subscription model, which allow access to a premium tier of services within BTFIT. Payments are made through the user’s iTunes account and the subscription is automatically renewed unless the auto-renew modality is disabled by the user at least 24 hours prior to the end of the renewal period. Subscriptions can be managed by the user by navigating into the iTunes account management after the purchase is made.
The subscription can be made in a monthly or annual plans (all renewed automatically).

Useless customer support.
The setup is ok, and I did find workouts I can use, but the functionality of the app is sketchy. I tried to change some of the workout settings on either the iPhone app and on the iPad app but there’s no way to make that work, it doesn’t even give me the options once you’ve done your initial set up when I first got the app. I tried to contact Customer Support for help and they were absolutely no help at all, basically gave me useless suggestions and then when that didn’t work they totally ignored me. I’m done with these guys, I will NOT be renewing my subscription.

Not worth it
App crashes during workout. Half is in Spanish. Selector for gym equipment doesn’t work. Lack of variety for workouts.

Worst support ever
App has a lot of bugs, constantly not being able to load my workout. Their support don’t resolve anything, all the time their solutions were to start a new workout plan from the scratch losing all your data. When you insist in having a better solution, because in the end you are paying for this service, they just stop answering your email. Don’t pay for this app!
