What happened to my game level???

What happened to my 3K plus level!!? I uninstalled the app because of unknown reason, the sound went off. I reinstalled it back and the game started at level 1? 🙄

Cannot open game

I don’t know what happened but I cannot open game. I was having fun playing it until it stopped working. I am uninstalling this terrible game. Not worth playing. I want my money back!!!!! I want a complete refund!

I'm the kind of person who doesn't mind paying for ad removal if I like the game but it almost seems like the app developers don't want any users.
Can't even play through the first level without being interrupted with ads.
