Uninstalling app and reinstalling seems to fix most issues

For those who cannot get this to work.....

My light has not worked since this app came out. I have spent hours w/ tech support and on my own. Today- I finally recieved help.

1) Delete the old App.
2) Delete the current (this app).
3) Reinstall this app.
4) Go through installation.

After 10 months of this light not working, this fix made it function inside of 2 minutes. Great to have a fix, horrible that it took 10 months to find an agent that had it.

Not working

Tried several times to create an account on the newest version of the app but despite numerous attempts it says account creation failed. Also, similar to others the Budweiser red light goes off inconsistently and is either early, several minutes late or doesn’t go off at all. It is disappointing as I have enjoyed the light which has worked great for several years until this year.

If you have issue with login, then please uninstall and reinstall the app from App Store again. Make sure you use other login options apart from Facebook. Due to a tech issue, Facebook login has been disabled for now.

If you are facing issue with redlight connection then, please do below checks.

1. Make sure you change the display rate(refresh rate/Frame Rate) setting of your iPhone from 120 Hz to 60 Hz. Currently older Redlights are only compatible with 60Hz.
2. For Redlight, please make sure the WiFi network is on 2.4 Ghz band not 5Ghz band.
