Only using out of necessity

If I had a choice, I definitely would not be using this app. First of all, it does not show the zone where you are, so you would have to just get it from the sign where you parked. It also does not show any parking restrictions as advertised, so you either have to know all 1500 city parking ordinances, as per the parking department office, or you have to be an informed local. You also cannot choose how much you would like to load on the card, as it automatically loads $10 each time. The app developers seem to support the cities cash grab for parking violations, and is not an intuitive app. I cannot give you zero stars, so I’m giving it one.

This is fraud

You have to load a minimum of 10 dollars, even if you intend to use the app once. Tried contacting support for a refund of a remaining balance - they never got back to me.
