Found this the best
I have free VPN that comes bundled with my Norton subscription (for 10 devices) but got this one after careful consideration of not putting internet safety in one basket.
What I mean is if Norton gets compromised Bullet VPN will still be functioning.

Some locations doesn’t work, support running in circles, but you can find locations that works well. YMMV
