Ratings and Reviews
The coupons are the same coupons that come in my flyers
These coupons are getting old and boring, the fact that they the app never gives new coupons is sad. I get the same old coupons in my newspaper flyers that’s has got to stop.
Fake advertising
I retrieved a coupon to the use at the YUL airport location and the cashier (who had a passive aggressive behaviour) told me the coupon wasn’t valid in airports. The app, however, doesn’t back her up since it doesn’t mention that exclusion. I tried to talk to the manager and he said “there’s nothing we can do”. Honestly, Burger King should be more transparent with its customers.
Ask for a login and you get deleted.
Company’s can’t be trusted with our information and company’s continue to ask for it.
If I have to log in I’m not using the app!
McDonald’s didn’t ask for my info in order to use the app.
