Charged my credit card without permission through a manual charge

Avoid - there was some problem in their system - they charged me manually without any fueling - and when I complaint they claimed they had under charged my for a earlier fueling and never called me back - they have lost my trust.

Forced update.

I’ll never give an all above a 3 star rating if I must update in order to use it. Force me to use my data rather than WiFi and this is the best you get. I get the idea that your IT department needs improvement.

Beyond that, I like the service. No complaints.

Just a thought… The ability to allow the driver the entire night or day to fuel my car rather than just a couple hour window would seem more economic to me. If I could tell you I’m parked in a spot for the next 7 or 8 hours, and let you put that on your map, perfect.
