Caliber is a science-based fitness program that incorporates strength & conditioning, nutrition and habit formation to help you achieve your fitness goals for good.

Train on your own for free via the Caliber app, or work with a Caliber coach for even faster progress towards your goals.

All workouts are based on Caliber’s science-based methodology, which produces measurable improvements to your body composition via efficient, full body workouts that are personalized to your level of experience and equipment on hand.

Good app that has easy UI and free user options.

I don’t usually put down reviews with 5 stars. This app has been pretty helpful in tracking my daily cardio and work out sets as it has a broad database on a variety of exercises. It also has free mini lessons for workout beginners just to familiarize them with common terminology and whatnot.
You can pay for more guidance (pay for a trainer in app) but it’s not mandatory. There aren’t many workout apps that provide you free option to use their apps so I think it’s very rare to find one.

Hope they keep it up.
(One thing I do want to bring up is if the developer can add ‘skipping ropes’ into one of the categories in cardio workout, that d be amazing)

Ads keep popping up

I really wanted to love this app but the constant push to upgrade made me switch to another one. The interface is also awkward to use on a daily basis and dated (pop ups, lots of scrolling, lots of loading time…)

Sorry to hear that you're no longer using the app. Since our app itself is entirely free to use, we do make money from our coaching program, so you will see periodic popups as part of the free app experience. If you'd prefer not to see these at all, we do have a Supporter option that you can sign up for in the Menu section.

Kind of annoying

Ask me one more time if I’m interested in coaching after I’ve said I’m not 400+ times. Like if I say I’m not interested at the beginning of my workout, chances are I’m not interested at the end when the app asks again. And no I don’t want to “be a supporter” so stop asking that. I just want to add my workouts without being bothered. Used to be good, it’s just annoying now
