Captionator for Final Cut 4+

it's got a horrible way of not spacing sentences out properly, there's also always problems with it understanding what the subject is saying, literally for every damn sentence. And forget about using this with someone with even the slightest accent. Please save your money, sadly i dont think theres anything to automate captions for fcpx, manual is just faster than this trash sadly

Im pretty new to final cut pro and captions, so take this message with a grain of salt. The processing time was quicker than some say, but the formatting was difficult and took a lot of time to play around with. They werent very accurate and I was unable to change the colour of individual words for my social videos. Its a great concept but I found it very hard to use. The videos on yourtube were helpful but im still left feeling more frustrated than anything. Unble to adjust them all at once and unable to find any support to make the tool easier. Again great concept but a headache to use.

The app serves the purpose I need to adding captions to my short and reels.

The only thing that I would like to see added is for a blank caption at 00:00:00 with maybe a "space" or any other character in it to denote the start of the timeline.

I usually have to more my captions a second or 2 to the right to make them line up
