We made some changes and improvements that required us to build a brand new app *for UK users.*
To use an up-to-date version of Cara Care, download ***Cara Care for IBS*** in the App Store.
How to migrate your data from the old version if you are a current Cara Care user in the UK:
1. Download the new app. It is called “Cara Care for IBS" in the UK App Store.
2. Open the old app.
3. Follow the steps in this video to generate an export code.
4. Copy and paste the export code into the new app.
5. You're set!

Great app
I typically don’t write app reviews, but this app sure deserves it! It’s free and it has so many features to track! I love the layout and how simple it is to use.
Suggestion
I really enjoy this app and all the different things you can track (food, mood, medication.. etc.) I love all the support you are given but I do have one suggestion.
I think it would benefit to have a better way to record and breakdown meals. Other apps allow you to scan food bar codes so you can see all ingredients and nutritional info instantly.
Otherwise love the app!

Not in the Canadian App Store. Used to love the Cara app but can’t use the new one anymore
