Useless App

Couldn’t even get past the rewards screen by just picking guest at the bottom instead. The rewards thing is pointless for me because it doesn’t accept Canadian Postal Codes.

Will not show menu

Does not accept Canada at all - so very hard to sign up on have to give 1 star would not give any

Useless in Canada

Don’t bother downloading if you’re Canadian or travelling in Canada. The app doesn’t support Canadian locations. Doesn’t even let you see where the closest locations are (there are two locations in my city and neither show). It’s not like Carl’s is new in Canada. This is a question of choosing not to support their franchisees as opposed to being unable to. That’s both lost revenue to the local restaurant chains as well as damaging to brand image. How unfortunate, and just poor business acumen, is that?
