Terrible, terrible, most awful app

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. I have used other carpool apps in the past. I am also a relatively proficient user of technology. This app is not intuitive, makes no sense and forces a paid subscription if you want to set up more than one carpool. It does give you a month free, but everyone you invite to your carpool also has to have a paid subscription to accept your invite to more than one carpool. And I ask you, who needs a carpool app if you have only ONE carpool to manage. I could do that in my sleep. I need a carpool app that is easy to populate, easy to navigate and easy to explain to others how to use. This app has NONE of those features.

Reality check: 10s of thousands of parents, just like you, use the app daily and have rated it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4.7 to be exact) 😉

It seems there was a disconnect between how you expected the App to be organized and the choices we made. Understandable, as everyone’s brain works differently 🧠

That said, the app does have a pretty straightforward design:

1. Carpool = a group of parent drivers and their kids
2. Events = Stuff the kids needs rides to/from

Not sure what you perceived was going on, but that was the reality.

If you wanted to be in more than one unique carpool group, then you upgrade. Otherwise, for a single carpool with all the events you need, the app is free.
